Get To Know Me

Ask Summer what her favorite things about being a Realtor® are, and she’ll tell you, “She loves working through all the focused details of preparing your home for market” and on the flip side, “that moment when a buyer falls in love with their home.” It feels magical when a client connects with a space, and it becomes crystal clear that this is where they are destined to begin their next chapter. Summer cherishes moments like these.

A refreshingly transparent agent who imparts a sincerity all her own, the Sonoma County expert knows her product and is focused on educating her principal. With an extraordinary customer service background, Summer has a special gift for honoring the client’s goals and motivations – from negotiating the right purchase price to discovering favorite neighborhoods to fulfilling lifestyles dreams. Summer appreciates that home buying and selling are monumental decisions and knows what an honor it is to be entrusted to guide the process.

As a third-generation Realtor®, it was hard to miss the influence her mother and grandfather had on her approach to business. A graduate from Cal State Chico with a degree in Recreation Administration, she spent a decade in sports travel and hospitality, eventually finding her true profession as your Realtor®.

Summer’s zest for client care is the foundation of her business practices. Accommodating your schedule, frequent and direct communication, and a high regard for the process all contribute to Summer’s success and enduring relationships with her clients. “Be honest. Be present. Be prepared, and have fun!”

Residing in Sebastopol with her family of five, Summer loves her community's schools and parks, vibrant eateries, and of course, the proximity to wine country. She is a yoga enthusiast who adores the beach and mountains alike, and her favorite way to end a day is chasing a sunset!

  • Separate your offer from everyone else’s
  • Ensure your offer is presented as soon as possible
  • Get you your home at the best possible price

Who you choose to represent you is incredibly crucial in our competitive market. Summer is proud not only of her reputation among her clients, but her relationships with her colleagues which translates to her clients getting the home they want.

  • Treat colleagues as colleagues, not competition
  • Her clients know they are receiving the best possible attention and service
  • On average, her clients see less than ten homes before purchasing.

Initial Phone Consultation

Summer will schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with you. During this call, she will briefly discuss what you are looking for, your current situation, and any other questions or concerns you may have. She will explain her use of a buyers survey and why this exercise is beneficial to both the buyers and herself. If you are obtaining financing, she will also discuss your options so you will be prepared and feel confident in your lenders even prior to meeting with her in person. To schedule an initial phone call, please contact us.

Purchasing a home is an exciting life event and a very personal process, so your first meeting with Summer is designed to be as comprehensive and educational as possible. Together you will review the buyer's survey. She will answer all of your questions and determine if she is the right fit for you. This initial meeting time can range from 60 minutes to up to 2 hours.

During the meeting, the following topics will be discussed:

  • What is most important to you
  • Neighborhoods/areas of interest
  • The home buying process
  • Strategies for successful negotiation
  • current market conditions and what your dollar will buy
  • How we work, and how a real estate professional is compensated

The expectations of both parties will also be discussed, as well as fiduciary responsibilities and how clients formalize their relationship with an agreement designating Summer as their Realtor®. By the end of the meeting, it should be clear whether or not both parties are a good fit for each other.
